Jason Bowman has an extensive background in property preservation, construction and security. For two years, he was a subcontracted builder for M & I Homes. In 2002, Jason attended the Ohio Police Officer Training Academy and subsequently served as a corrections officer at the Morrow County Correctional Facility in Mt. Gilead, OH. He then took his security experience to a higher level and became a security supervisor over second and third shift at Candlewood Lakes gated community. He has many years of experience working in the property preservation industry as well. Jason knows the potential for growth with this type of business and would like to utilize his knowledge of the field service industry to make Anchor Preservations a nationally recognized preservation company.
After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in 1997 at Lees-McRae College in North Carolina, Margaret spent five years working with small theatre companies including a two year tour with a nationally touring children’s theatre. Margaret then moved to Ohio to be closer to family and received employment at the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in Mt. Gilead, OH. She attended the Ohio Peace Officer’s Training Academy where she became a certified corrections officer for the state of Ohio. After serving two years as a corrections officer for the Morrow County Correctional Facility, Margaret was promoted to an administrative position. Her job duties at that time included; Managing both the Sheriff’s Office and Correctional Facility Budgets, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Managing inmate accounts and commissary, Managing office inventory as well as many other duties. After six years with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Margaret relocated with her husband, Jason, to start a new property preservation company. Margaret brings all of the knowledge gained throughout her careers to Anchor Preservations to ensure its success.
Kimberley Ullom has an extensive background in client relations and production management. Kimberley joined Anchor Preservations to assist in company growth after spending fifteen years at Liberty Casting in Delaware, OH. At Liberty Casting, Kimberley was production control manager where she handled all of the multi-million dollar accounts as well as scheduling and expediting all products that were made and shipped from the foundry. Kimberley has utilized the knowledge gained from her years of experience at Liberty Casting to help Anchor Preservations become a top rated preservation company.
Todd Ullom came to Anchor Preservations after spending several years in the drywall business. Todd was in the United States Navy for eleven years and served during Desert Storm. He started his naval career as a diesel mechanic and ended his career as a special warfare combat craft boat captain where he had top security clearance. He has previous experience in the building industry as well as property preservation. Todd’s previous work experience has made him a valuable asset to Anchor Preservations.
